Celebrating a Year of Impact: Magic, Hope, and Transformation in 2025

As we approach the end of 2025, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared this year—and it’s all been possible because of your support. 

A Year of Wonder and Impact

This year has been transformative for our organization. Here are just some of the highlights that your generosity made possible: 

Ukraine: Seven Journeys of Hope
We completed our seventh mission to Ukraine and Poland in May and June, bringing laughter and wonder to families displaced by war. Since 2022, we’ve made it our mission to return again and again, because in times of darkness, magic becomes more than entertainment—it becomes hope. Our journey took us through two countries, sharing transformative experiences with communities who continue to face extraordinary challenges. 

Dreams Taking Flight in Colombia
In February, we fulfilled a dream for ten of our young Colombian students, bringing them to Flasoma 2025—Latin America’s largest magic convention in Cali. These young magicians spent five extraordinary days learning from world-class performers, including private sessions with FISM winner Sergio Starman and Spain’s premier illusionists Javi Rufo and Dani DaOrtiz, as well as Joshua Jay. Nearly 500 magicians gathered for conferences, gala presentations, and competitions—and our students were right there among them. The impact of this experience will ripple through their lives for years to come. 

Our Education Chapters: Building the Future
Our education programs continue to flourish and transform lives:
– Costa Rica: Going strong and inspiring young magicians
– Colombia: Thriving and incredibly active, especially during the final months of 2025
– Vermont, USA : We are strongly growing this education chapter led by our founder Tom Verner.
– El Salvador: Currently on hiatus, with hopes of reopening in 2026 

Colombia’s Year of Service and Achievement
The Colombian chapter had an extraordinary year. Beyond the unforgettable trip to Flasoma, our students and instructors remained committed to our core mission: bringing joy to underserved communities.During the last months of the year, we performed numerous shows, including three particularly meaningful performances for those who need magic most:
– One show at a public home for elderly adults
– Two shows reaching 200 children each in the slums of BogotáBut here’s what makes this chapter truly remarkable—they’re not just recipients of charity; they’re becoming self-sustaining change-makers. In 2025, the Colombian Education Chapter:
– Produced and sold 9 shows (Including two virtual shows for Google and one in person show in Mexico City!)
– Generated $17,481,588 COP (approximately $4,370 USD) in revenue
– Paid $6,230,000 COP (approximately $1,558 USD) to our young magicians for their performances
– Maintained an average profit margin of 53.5% per show
– Covered all transportation, food, and logistics expenses.

These young people aren’t just learning magic tricks—they’re learning business skills, gaining confidence, earning income, and giving back to their communities. This is empowerment in action.
